Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Y2K BORCELLE are digital downloads (including SVG, PNG, PDF, and other file formats). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

• You did not receive your product after purchase

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
